Six members of the TTA London club had the pleasure of attending a practical seminar given by Korean Olympic gold medallist Master Moon Dae-Sung. The seminar consisted of core fitness work followed by practical sparring drills and finished with a session of free sparring where the lucky ones among us had the opportunity to spar with Master Moon himself!
Master Moon won his gold medal at the 2004 Athens Olympics by defeating Greece’s Alexandros Nikolaidis in the heavyweight division. Although our fitness levels were tested to their limits, it was a rare and excellent opportunity to train with an Olympic gold medallist here in the UK.
